I am a board-certified, general adult and forensic psychiatrist practicing in central Illinois, splitting my time between there and Chicago.  I have had extensive experience consulting on criminal forensic issues, such as: fitness to stand trial, sanity / mental state at the time of the alleged offense, ability to waive rights under Miranda, and mitigation.  I have worked with adult and juvenile criminal defendants.  I also have experience with fitness for duty, disability, guardianship and other civil forensic evaluations.
